Nutrient-Dense & Super Delicious Peri Peri Salad with Sprouts & Roasty Tasty's Quinoa & Seeds
This easy to make salad contains sprouts, quinoa, pumpkin seeds & melon seeds & veggies - so wholesome!

Ingredients:
1 small tomato, finely chopped ๐
1/2 cucumber, finely chopped ๐ฅ
1/2 onion, finely chopped ๐ง

Boiled sprouts
Oregano
Salt to taste
Coriander for garnishing
Steps:
1) Chop the veggies.
2) Mix all the veggies in a bowl and add the oregano. You may also add olive oil.
3) Add the sprouts, quinoa, seeds to the mix.
4) Now add the lemon juice and give it a good mix.
5) Garnish with coriander
