This is one of the healthiest and also the most delicious snack to have! đđ»
Ingredients:
1 + 1/4 cup OatsÂ
1/2 cup Roasty Tasty Trail MixÂ
1/4 cup Roasty Tasty Sunflower SeedsÂ
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
A pinch of salt
60 ml maple syrup/honey (1/4 cup)
30 ml olive oil
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Toss the oats, Roasty Tasty Trail mix & Sunflower Seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Mix.Â
2. Add the maple syrup/honey, olive oil, and vanilla extract and stir to combine. Make sure all of the oats are moistened.
3. Spread onto a heavy bottom non stick pan & toast them on low-medium heat, stirring every 2 minutes. Theyâll turn a little brown & nicely toasted in about 5 minutes.Â
4. After done, remove from heat and spread it on a plate and allow granola to cool completely on the tray â the air will help the granola obtain a crunchy texture.
Store this in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 weeks. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months.
Enjoy with Cold milk/Coffee etc!Â
